Payment for rooms at Købmandsgaarden Kerteminde Købmandsgaarden Kerteminde ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, MobilePay Online, and bank transfer. Payment is deducted from the customer’s card immediately after booking completion.

Shortly after booking, you will receive a confirmation. Before your arrival, you will receive an SMS with the access code to Købmandsgaarden Kerteminde. The access code is used on the handle of the main door. Booking of rooms is only valid after payment and when you have received a confirmation.

Cancellation of rooms

You can change or cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date and receive a full refund.

After this, we will refund 50% of the price – however, there is no refund for cancellations received later than 48 hours before arrival.

Changes are subject to possible price increases.

Late check-out A fee of DKK 250 per started hour will be charged for late check-out.

Compensation

If damage is caused to buildings, furnishings, linens, or other items, this can be claimed for with a subsequent invoice.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
