Købmandsgaarden Kerteminde ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, MobilePay Online, and bank transfer. Payment is charged to the customer’s card immediately after the booking is completed.

Shortly after booking, you will receive a confirmation. Before your arrival, you will receive an email with an access code for Købmandsgaarden Kerteminde. The access code is used on the handle of the main door.
Room bookings are only valid after payment and once you have received a confirmation.

You can change or cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date and receive a full refund. After this, we refund 50% of the price – however, no refund will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival.

Changes and cancellations can only be made by contacting us at contact@kgktm.dk. Please note that changes are subject to potential price increases.

If you have booked all 4 rooms, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in Købmandsgaarden. However, service dogs are, of course, permitted. Please contact us in advance.

The booking of the Gathering Room is only valid after payment and once you have received a confirmation.

For cancellations made between 4 and 8 weeks before the event, 75% of the rental fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 1 and 4 weeks before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 1 week before the event, 25% of the rental fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, no rental fee will be refunded.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
